As a Product Associate in Acquiring Data & Analytics Platform, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. • Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
• Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making
• Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross‑functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
• Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches
• Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value
• Drive and own end‑to‑end process, understanding the data requirements and leveraging analytical tools to deliver solutions
• Develop strategy to integrate complementary data products
• Collaborate across many cross‑functional groups (e.g., analytics, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal) to define business needs and identify effective solutions
• Develop innovative solutions and review output to measure KPIs
• Develop ways to leverage data assets to improve overall client experience and satisfaction

• 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
• Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
• Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
• Expertise in data mining (SQL, Snowflake) – candidate needs to have the ability to analyze data
• Data Visualization (Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, Thought Spot)
• Expertise in leading end‑to‑end product development
• Understanding of application development process; prior programming experience
• Experience in the payments industry and/or technology‑enabled industries
• Experience in agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work across functions as well as with outside parties to ensure alignment and timely implementation of initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field of study;
  Advance Degree preferred
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships
• Ability to work well within deadlines
• Executive presence and presentation skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Understanding "deep data" environments, ideally with a Merchant mindset
• High achievement orientation with ability to lead and motivate others around results
