This role supports day-to-day project coordination activities for client delivery initiatives, following established PMO standards, processes, methodologies, and systems. The Project Coordinator assists with planning, tracking, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The position partners closely with project management and operations teams to monitor progress, maintain documentation, and report status. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams while continuously improving project coordination practices to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute standardized PMO processes, methodologies, and tools consistently across project coordination activities
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and records involving multiple teams
  • Coordinate project activities and events while ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders
  • Collect and organize project-related information from stakeholders, project teams, leadership, and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze project data, including budget tracking, resource utilization, and delivery performance
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for project and operations leadership, including status updates and budget summaries
  • Develop meeting agendas, presentation materials, and supporting documentation for stakeholder communications
  • Create and maintain project schedules, including change control documentation
  • Serve as a liaison and primary point topical contact for contributing teams and partners
  • Support project tasks such as requirements gathering, testing, and documentation as needed
  • Foster collaborative working relationships across departments to ensure smooth project execution and operational handoff
  • Meet performance objectives and key performance indicators established by leadership
  • Perform additional kurzfrist duties as assigned

Education & experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience within a technology or professional services environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and documentation standards
  • Experience using project management, reporting, and collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project teams Adjustment, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Proficiency with common business and project tools (e.g., document management systems, scheduling tools, reporting platforms, CRM or ERP systems)
