, you will play a key role in maintaining strong operational flow between the warehouse, sales teams, and our B2B partners. Through structure, precision, and clear communication, you will help keep our outbound operations running smoothly—supporting timely fulfillment, resolving issues promptly, and delivering a reliable experience with every shipment.

You’ll join our team in Dallas or you will work remotely within the US. Your team will be located in Denmark and consists of five dedicated team members. You should expect the occasional meetings at unusual hours (we’re flexible both ways). Our team and organization are growing, and we thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our supply chain and inventory levels always stay balanced and battle-ready.

Working closely with our Director of Supply, you’ll be the guardian of our outbound operations, ensuring that every order leaves the warehouse on time and in perfect condition. You’ll coordinate shipments in collaboration with our warehouse team, Sales, and B2B customers, maintaining a smooth flow across the Atlantic.

You’ll track order movements, stay in close contact with forwarders, and secure clear, proactive communication with both customers and colleagues. Whether it’s a new product launch or a restock, you’ll make sure every shipment is planned, prioritized, and delivered with precision.

• Coordinate and oversee B2B order fulfillment for the American markets, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
• Plan and align outbound shipments in close collaboration with the warehouse, Sales, and B2B customers
• Maintain and track order movements, securing clear visibility across warehouse operations and forwarders
• Ensure proactive and transparent communication with both customers and the Sales team to keep everyone aligned
• Support product launches and restocking allocations, making sure orders are prioritized and executed smoothly
• Assist in optimizing outbound processes and daily operations to keep our global supply chain running efficiently

• Experience as an Outbound Coordinator or in a similar role in the supply chain.
• Experience from logistics, supply chain, or B2B order coordination
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under tight deadlines
• Solid skills in shipment planning, order tracking, and working with ERP or logistics systems
• A structured and detail-oriented mindset, ensuring every order is handled with precision
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities. You collaborate easily across teams and time zones
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
• A proactive approach and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks at once
