Manager, Procurement – Agreements Team

• Preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations/Proposals
• Perform price and cost analysis and lead formal negotiations on price, delivery, scope, terms & conditions
• Issue and conduct conflict resolution of low/medium/high complexity pricing agreements in accordance with FAR/DFAR and corporate compliance requirements
• Nurture professional business relationships with first-tier subcontractors

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field and minimum 8 years relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years experience
• U.S. citizenship required
• Minimum 8 years procurement experience leading pricing agreements, supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing
• Demonstrated knowledge of FAR/DFAR, FAR 15.4, and procurement cost-plus/firm fixed price vehicles

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field
• Project planning and management skills (e.g., MS Project, EVMS)
• Experience with development-type procurement and major subcontracts
• Experience in a SAP-based environment
• Technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including SOW review
• Familiarity with ITAR
• Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles and compliance assessment
