Chase as a Senior Product Associate and shape the future of payments by leveraging user research, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to build innovative products.

USD 85,500 – 135,000 per year.

• Collaborate with Product Management to execute key delivery tasks and identify efficiencies.
• Support change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raise blockers for the Product Manager to manage dependencies and secure resources.
• Create content highlighting the value proposition for delivery through training, marketing, communications, process & procedures, and standardized proposal content.
• Coordinate internal and external communications about product updates while maintaining product and system documentation.
• Review and certify monthly billing activity to ensure accurate revenue capture.
• Produce data‑driven analysis to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Cultivate partnerships with Operations, Technology, Implementations, Sales, and Service to assure alignment.
• Oversee agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or a related domain.
• Demonstrated performance in product management or a related domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Excellent time management and self‑starter ability to deliver results on time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Deep knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Current with emerging Fin Tech technologies and receivables industry trends, integrating advancements into product strategy.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to engage directly with clients, understand needs, and resolve complex issues efficiently.
