Procurement Analyst – Toyota North America (Plano, TX)

Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is hiring a Procurement Analyst for a 12‑month contract. Pay ranges from $30.00/hr to $40.00/hr benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

• The Tactical Procurement Team within Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) supplements the IPSS Strategic Sourcing Groups by performing tactical work.
• Tasks include benchmarking activities, PR/PO issuance, supplier diversity initiatives, simple amendments, NDA processing, purchase order revisions, and maintenance.
• Support procurement buyer functions in advertising/marketing and professional services categories, including leading RFxs, supplier management, pricing and contract negotiations.

• Lead sourcing activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Negotiate commercial terms in contracts (pricing, term, scope)
• Supplier management
• Manage Procure-to-Pay process for high volume, low risk requests
• Review and process purchase requisitions
• Purchase order management
• Troubleshoot stakeholder and supplier issues with requisition, PO, invoicing, onboarding
• Support development and execution of contractual documents (NDA, services agreements, etc.)
• Work with contract administration group to initiate/manage incoming contract requests

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Marketing
• Procurement experience
• Contract and pricing negotiation experience
• Strategic, analytical, and project management skills
• Collaboration, communication, and influencing skills

• Familiarity with SAP Ariba
• Knowledge of contract processes
• Automotive industry experience

Work authorization:
Green Card or U.S. Citizen. Preferred years of experience: 3 years. Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM. No travel required.
