Duties
- Manage complex, dynamic calendars for three C-suite executives, including prioritization, scheduling optimization, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and global stakeholders
- Prepare executive briefing materials, agendas, and background documentation to ensure meeting readiness
- Draft, edit, and manage executive communications, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including contingency planning
- Prepare and submit accurate, timely expense reports
- Support leadership meetings, brand reviews, town halls, and off-site events
- Track action items and follow-ups to ensure accountability and timely execution
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the brand and broader organization
- Partner with fellow Executive Assistants to ensure alignment, seamless coverage, and operational continuity
- Provide support for special projects and strategic initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Assist in the development of executive-level presentations, reports, and board-ready materials
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance executive efficiency and workflow optimization
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C-suite level
- Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and executive presence
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise sound judgment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools

The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $22.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
