Administrative Assistant

Manage complex and dynamic calendars for three C‑suite leaders, including prioritization, scheduling optimization, and conflict resolution.

Coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple time zones and global stakeholders.

Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and background documents to ensure executives are well‑prepared.

Draft and manage executive communications, presentations, and correspondence.

Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and contingency planning.

Prepare and process expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Support leadership meetings, brand reviews, town halls, and off‑site events.

Track key action items and follow‑ups to ensure accountability and execution.

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C‑suite level
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools
