We are looking for a detail-oriented Filing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Plano, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of document handling, including electronic filing and compliance with company standards. This position requires an active Notary Public commission or a willingness to obtain one with company support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the electronic filing of documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Handle high-volume data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining office records.
- Verify documentation through active Notary Public commission processes.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools to organize and analyze documentation.
- Provide receptionist services, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and resolve issues.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all administrative processes.
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, including data entry and receptionist duties.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Enterprise tools.
- Active Notary Public commission or willingness to obtain one with company assistance.
- Ability to manage high volumes of data with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in administrative processes.
