. The position involves providing clerical support, customer service, and maintaining office and showroom operations to assist the Sales Department.
- Greets clients and visitors, obtains name and business nature, and introduces them to the appropriate staff member.
- Answers phone calls and provides dealership information, directions, and other questions.
- Takes messages or delivers calls to voicemail when the appropriate member is unavailable.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Monitors paper flow to ensure all documents are accounted for, completed correctly, and filed or distributed to the appropriate parties.
- Performs clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, typing, proofreading, and data entry.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Closes out showroom displays and ensures showroom cars are wiped down daily.
- Updates client records in the CRM with feedback and schedules confirmations or reschedules as needed.
- Assists the New/Pre‑Owned Sales Manager, Inventory Manager, and other members as instructed.

- High School Diploma or GED and one year of related experience or training; equivalently, a combination of education and experience.
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Understanding of deadlines and the capacity to apply an appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
- Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work within a fast‑paced environment.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
Physical DemandsOccasional lifting of up to 5 pounds; requires visual acuity, speech, hearing, hand–eye coordination, and ability to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. The role involves sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
