Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a part-time hands on administrative assistant to support the owner and the company in the following areas:

• Create audit/cleaning reports using our platforms for owner and client review
• Oversee supply and inventory for all accounts
• Schedule and conduct interviews for new account positions in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding for new cleaning associates
• Maintain uniform standards and inventory for all team members
• Assist with creating and maintaining training manuals and procedures
• Participate in any/all team meetings
• Perform cleaning duties as directed
• Perform any/all other duties as directed by owner

This is a hands on hybrid role where the majority of time is spent on administrative duties and the minority on cleaning assistance.

The schedule will be flexible as we are willing to work with the right person. The main duties can be performed during the day and hands on cleaning duties are performed at night.
