Full‑Time Receptionist – Plano, TX
Reliant at Home is seeking a Full‑Time Receptionist to join our front office team in Plano, TX. This role maintains a pleasant and consistent flow in daily front‑office operations while providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with employees, and efficiently handling designated home health office tasks.

Responsibilities- Answer phones and transfer calls.
- Order office supplies.
- Perform data processing tasks such as scanning, typing, filing, and mailing.
- Assemble admit packets.
- Prepare meeting rooms with necessary supplies and set up audio/video for presentations.
- Conduct wellness calls and communicate with clinicians.
- Other duties as assigned.
- One to two years’ experience in reception or front‑office.
- Home Health experience is a big plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain organizational detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and efficient time‑management skills.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc).
