LHH Recruitment Solutions (Formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with one of the leading Banks in Plano, TX to hire an Executive Assistant on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Professional Executive Assistant experience with phone etiquette and filing experience. The anticipated pay rate range for this position is between $30 and $40/hr. Looking for a new challenge?

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This role requires experience in an office setting, performing administrative tasks, and supporting senior managers and team members. Due to the dynamic nature of the executive environment, the Executive Assistant must be adaptable, consistent, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in high-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex scheduling, including meeting agendas, mail, phone calls, and other logistics
  • Facilitate the flow of information to senior executives
  • Provide administrative and office support, including creating spreadsheets and occasional PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and databases
  • Draft communications
  • Review and compare documents (e.g., legal, procedural, or policy-related)
  • Uphold professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials and information
  • Organize team communications and plan events
  • Perform various weekly or monthly tasks, including reports and other communications
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

  • At least five years of experience in an administrative role, with a minimum of two years supporting upper management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
