Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create a positive team member experience.
  • Coordinate team building activities for all People Group leaders.
  • Engage PG leaders to build enterprise‑wide decks.
  • Engage PG leadership in planning change‑management initiatives under the CPO.
  • Develop and maintain project and work plans based on business requirements, timelines, budget, and staffing resources.
  • Manage, prioritize, and execute PG projects independently to meet deadlines.
  • Handle cross‑functional calendars, support multiple executives, and coordinate detailed travel arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CPO (expense reporting, scheduling, etc.).
  • Create and manage event planning logistics for teams.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  • Work with the CPO to adjust project timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize documentation for PG, oversee departmental meetings, and prepare meeting agendas.
  • Complete PO requests, monitor budget, and prepare monthly budget spend reports.
  • Assist with Corporate Awards, DEI, and Community Outreach during routine and peak times.
  • Assist with other projects and administrative duties as assigned by the Chief People Officer.
Education and Experience

BS or BA degree in a business‑related field and 2+ years of related experience in a similar environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong judgment and understanding of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong desire to grow and learn project timelines, requirements, and deliverables with an aptitude for numbers and detail.
  • Ability to drive items to conclusion promptly with minimal direction.
Computer Skills

Basic skills in Microsoft® Excel and Outlook; intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word and PowerPoint; internet navigation/research. Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and other common business applications. Workday preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The position requires no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment
  • Standard indoor working environment.
  • Occasional long periods of sitting while working at a computer.
  • Regular interaction with employees at all levels of the firm in person, via e‑mail, and telephone.
