Senior Tax Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tax Accountant based in Plano, TX. The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns, assisting with tax planning and compliance, and conducting research on tax-related issues. Additional day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and contribute to the firm’s success.

• Proven experience in tax preparation, compliance, and planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial and tax software
• Ability to conduct thorough research and provide solutions for complex tax issues
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is required
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Experience in public accounting is required
