Senior Accountant

We are a high-growth, Private Equity-backed leader in the industrial services sector. As we continue to scale through aggressive acquisitions, we need a Senior Accountant who is a "Technical Finisher." You won't just be maintaining a ledger; you will be the engine that integrates new business units, standardizes our Net Suite environment, and ensures our financial integrity is audit-ready at all times.

• Net Suite Power User: You will be the internal "go-to" for Net Suite. You’ll handle the technical heavy lifting—GL mapping for acquisitions, optimizing reporting, and ensuring the system is fully utilized to eliminate manual work.
• Complex Reconciliations: You will own the full-cycle accounting for multiple entities, including complex balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, and fixed asset capitalization.
• Compliance & Tax: Manage multi-state Sales & Use Tax (SUT) filings and jurisdictional nexus issues, ensuring we stay ahead of our compliance requirements as we expand into new territories.
• The "Fixer" Mentality: You’ll identify "broken" manual processes inherited from acquisitions and replace them with automated, GAAP-compliant workflows that shorten the month-end close.

• Industrial Background: 5+ years of experience in Industrial Services, Manufacturing, Construction, or Oil & Gas. You understand the pace and complexity of the industrial sector.
• Software Mastery: Net Suite experience is non-negotiable. You should be comfortable navigating a complex ERP and performing "under-the-hood" adjustments without hand-holding.
• Proven Stability: We value grit and longevity. We are looking for a professional with a consistent track record—no "job-hoppers." You want a role where you can plant roots and see a project through.
• PE Rigor: You thrive in a lean, high-output environment. You understand the reporting demands of a Private Equity-backed firm and can deliver high-accuracy data under tight deadlines.
• The Credentials: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance. CPA is a plus, but your technical "Net Suite-to-GL" logic is what matters most.
