Senior Accountant

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Staff Accountant who wants to grow with a scaling company, work under approachable and skilled leadership, and be part of a low-turnover, close-knit accounting team that values both excellence and fun.

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll handle general ledger work, month-end reconciliations, and financial reporting, while also getting exposure to projects that go beyond the basics. This is a growth-oriented role where you’ll have the opportunity to learn from an outstanding controller and develop a clear career path within the organization.

• Manage general ledger activities and account reconciliations
• Support month-end close and assist with financial reporting
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes
• Collaborate with treasury, controller, and accounting leadership
• Contribute to process improvements and prepare for department growth

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 5+ years of accounting experience (GL, reconciliations, financial reporting)
• CPA or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
• Public accounting experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and desire to grow
