Senior Accountant

Beech Valley is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support marketing-related accounting activities for a publicly traded franchisor. This interim role will focus on balance sheet reconciliations, expense accounting, and financial analysis tied to marketing operations. The ideal consultant is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work in Plano, TX Monday through Thursday.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and prepare journal entries
• Review and reconcile marketing expense accounts
• Accrue marketing expenses as needed
• Prepare marketing expense analysis and P&L flux analysis
• Reconcile Accounts Receivable balance sheet accounts
• Reconcile fixed assets and support lease accounting activities (ASC 842 exposure helpful)

• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and expense analysis
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reconciliation skills

• Exposure to publicly traded company environments
• Prior experience supporting marketing or SG&A accounting functions
