Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable role ensures our billing and cash application processes are accurate, timely, and well-supported so our teams can move quickly and our customers/partners have a great experience.

• Manage customer billing with a high standard of accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to support daily billing expectations (once a deal closes, it’s expected to be billed within the hour).
• Set up and maintain customer records in the general ledger (Net Suite).
• Post customer payments in Net Suite to the correct customer profile and invoices.
• Prepare and post journal entries to properly record sales activity (strong debit/credit understanding required).
• Import and reconcile sales data from multiple platforms and products (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, Amazon, Catapult, Lumio).
• Manage partnership billing for 5 major contracts, ensuring invoices are sent correctly and payments are received on time.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close activities as needed.
• Maintain clean documentation and support internal reporting requests related to AR, billing status, and reconciliations.

• 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, or a related accounting/finance role (or equivalent experience).
• Working knowledge of Net Suite or comparable ERP/accounting systems (Net Suite strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of debits/credits and how journal entries flow through financial statements.
• Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, filters, basic formulas; ability to work efficiently with exports/imports).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive) and comfort working on a Mac laptop.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and the ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Partnerships, Finance/Accounting).

• Experience supporting AR for multi-channel revenue (eCommerce + payment processors + marketplaces).
• Experience with data imports, mapping, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Familiarity with month-end close support and audit-ready documentation.

This is an on-site position based in Plano, TX, working Monday–Friday.
