The AR Analyst is responsible for all aspects of billing, collections, account reconciliations, responding promptly to customer questions and disputes, and developing and maintaining professional customer relationships. The AR Analyst will be accountable for reducing the accounts receivable delinquency of their assigned portfolio. The role requires effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external customers at all levels, providing exceptional customer service.

• Associate degree with at least 2 years of related Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in billing and collections, including uploading files to ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with automated accounting systems and ERP, specifically JD Edwards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in computations.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

• Manage billing and collections for assigned accounts.
• Process daily cash applications within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reconcile customer and general ledger accounts.
• Research and analyze large data sets to resolve account discrepancies promptly.
• Build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Respond timely to customer requests and inquiries.
• Handle special projects alongside daily workload.
