Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find power equipment products matching needs.;
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications as necessary.;
Manage ordering for store stock and customer special orders.;
Process special orders and operate the POS register; resolve returns as needed.;
Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business.
