Une entreprise horlogère de renom à Genève recherche un responsable d’atelier pour superviser la fabrication et la maintenance des outillages. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en mécanique ou micro technique et au moins 5 ans d'expérience en management. Ce poste implique de planifier les activités de l’atelier, piloter la performance de l'équipe et définir des standards. Une bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques et du Lean Manufacturing est indispensable.
