Une collectivité locale dans le canton de Genève cherche un Conseiller/ère en insertion professionnelle pour rejoindre son équipe à 60-80%. Le candidat doit posséder un diplôme HETS ou équivalent ainsi qu'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans l'insertion professionnelle. Les missions incluent l'accompagnement individualisé, le développement de compétences et la coordination de projets d'insertion. La maîtrise parfaite du français, ainsi qu'une bonne connaissance des dispositifs d'insertion genevois, sont exigées.
