Salesforce Programmer/Developer
Role: Must be able to code APEX OOP and know design patterns.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Location: Hybrid at Hartford, CT – Candidate must be able to come in the office 2 days every 2 weeks or 1 day per week.
Scope of WorkThe agency needs the service of a senior level Full Stack Developer. The candidate will participate in various SDLC processes including requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support activities per the direction of agency management. The specific focus of this candidate will be to be part of the team that supports existing custom Salesforce applications as well as to participate in the SDLC process of the new CT-KIND system and work with the System Integrator to ensure the transfer of knowledge and ongoing maintenance of the solution for a given module.
EducationGraduation from a college of recognized standing with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a closely related field such as Business Management or Public Administration supplemented by completion of specialized information technology and research training courses.
Experience- An experienced professional with 10 or more years of prior experience demonstrating the following knowledge and skills:
- Salesforce (minimum 5 years) – Must be able to code APEX OOP and know design patterns.
- .NET OOP and SOA
- JavaScript Frameworks preferred
- SQL
- End-to-End Web Development
- Salesforce (min: 5 years) – Specific Services
Required:
Design and development of Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visual Force Pages. - Full stack – Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, Design patterns, Configuration SOQL
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development (OOP, design patterns) and provide analysis/requirements to integrate applications.
- Must be very organized, proactive and self-directed.
- Must be a self-starter and driven, driving work from requirements to implementation.
- Must have strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Work on all phases of SDLC and create/maintain required technical documentation.
