• Greet customers with warmth, energy, and genuine care
• Guide guests through our services, ensuring they get exactly what they need
• Process transactions with accuracy and ease
• Tag, organize, and manage garments with attention to detail
• Handle questions or concerns with confidence and positivity
• Collaborate with teammates to keep operations smooth and fun
• Be an ambassador of our brand, spreading service excellence every day

• A people-first mindset and a love for engaging with customers
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Reliability, integrity, and a proactive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn (we’ll teach you everything you need to know)
• Bonus points for retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience
• Understanding of flow of garments as it pertains to production standards
• Flexibility to increase/reduce hours during busy/slow periods
• This job may entail hot indoor air temperatures, noisy conditions, standing for long periods of time and lifting garments and products up to 30lbs.
