Position: Bottle Prep Technician 1

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Join us as a Bottle Prep Technician (Client Services Tech), where you'll put your love of science to work as part of our environmental testing lab. You'll receive all the training you need to successfully take on your new role and grow an exciting laboratory sciences career at Pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Glassware Management: Accurately select glassware from inventory based on customer orders and attach appropriate labels.
  • Order Processing: Use the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to maintain detailed records of all orders and ensure accuracy in order preparation and packing.
  • Packaging and Delivery: Prepare and pack orders efficiently for delivery, ensuring all items are securely packaged.
  • Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet the required specifications before dispatch.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: No prior experience required; however, experience in a lab facility and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.

Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle glassware and other materials carefully.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
