• Own GAAP-compliant financial statements and consolidated reporting across multi-site operations
• Lead the month-end close across plants with accuracy and timeliness
• Standardize accounting processes across states and facilities
• Oversee standard costing, cost roll-ups, and inventory valuation (raw, WIP, finished goods)
• Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions, expansions, and acquisitions
• Partner closely with plant leadership, supply chain, engineering, and executive leadership

• Progressive accounting experience
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations
• Advanced Excel proficiency with strong data analysis capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
