** - ACLS - BLS - NIHSS - PALS - TNCC (preferred)

** - Perform complex procedures including chest tube insertion & management - Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs) - Manage IV therapy and phlebotomy - Handle a variety of medical situations such as seizures, respiratory infections, and trauma management
** Work Environment:** - General Emergency Department with combined adult/pediatric care - Charge nurse responsibilities with potential patient assignments - Skills in triage and isolation precautions are essential
