Must-Haves
1 Business development, prospecting, and pipeline growth experience
2 Understanding of power generation and temperature control equipment and their applications
3 Understanding the market opportunities and knowledge of the territory
4 Demonstrated success in maintaining a minimum annual sales budget of $2 million, highlighting strong sales capabilities
5 Possess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, energy storage, and load banks, contributing to informed sales discussions

Experience with Salesforce
2 Technical background or trade school in Power generation and HVAC/Temperature control equipment
3 An existing book of business or contacts within a network of clients in the building and construction sector

Job Description
Position allows for remote and face-to-face sales activities, offering geographical flexibility within Long Island, NY
Engage in sales to both new and existing customers, utilizing cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies
Identify and assess potential sales opportunities, crafting medium to long-term sales plans to enhance relationships and boost energy solution sales
Drive towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship management
Develop sales proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and manage customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to ensure efficient sales operations
Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
