Entry Level Marketing

We're currently looking for a motivated Entry Level Marketing & Sales Representative to join our team and help drive growth through customer acquisition and in-store promotions.

This role will allow you to work directly with customers, promote our clients' products and services, and make a tangible impact with our customers. As a Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Representative, you would be responsible for providing sales, marketing, and customer service experience intended to improve our clients' profitability through promotional sales efforts.

• Engage face-to-face with potential customers in a retail environment
• Educate consumers on current promotions and brand offerings
• Represent our clients professionally through in-store marketing campaigns
• Deliver excellent customer service to both new and existing clientele
• Act as the main point of contact for customer questions and support
• Generate leads and convert interest into sales

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred—but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A willingness to learn and grow in a team setting
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude
• Ability to think critically and adapt to different customer needs
