GOAT USA is looking for an exceptional Visual Merchandising Manager who will be responsible for creating and executing compelling in-store experiences that drive customer engagement and sales across our Direct-to-Consumer retail stores. In this role, you’ll lead the development of visual merchandising strategies, seasonal product stories, and brand initiatives that bring the GOAT USA identity to life in-store.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across retail, product, and marketing, reporting directly to the VP of Retail.

Job PurposeThe Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for crafting and executing compelling in-store experiences that guide the customer journey and drive sales across GOAT USA Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail stores. This role develops and implements visual merchandising strategies, seasonal product stories, and brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence across all store locations. The Visual Merchandising Manager partners with cross-functional teams to elevate the retail environment, creating positive experiences that reflect the brand’s identity while optimizing business performance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with brand initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and business objective.
- Create industry-leading storytelling through displays, floor sets, windows, and mannequins to engage and inspire customers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all stores.
- Establish and maintain clear business rules and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and cohesive in-store experiences.
- Lead the design and implementation of monthly/ seasonally floor sets, window displays, mannequins, and feature areas across all stores.
- Regularly audit store layouts and visual execution, providing actionable feedback to optimize performance and customer flow.
- Oversee sourcing, organization, and distribution of props, signage, and other visual merchandising elements.
- Train store teams on visual standards, seasonal updates, and merchandising best practices to ensure consistent execution.
- Partner with product, marketing, and creative teams to develop engaging in-store campaigns and product launches.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, visual merchandising innovations, and competitor activity to maintain a best-in-class retail experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in apparel.
- Strong background in merchandise planning with a solid understanding of fashion trends and consumer preferences.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and CLO.
- Strong hands-on experience in in-store merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Full-Time, exempt.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends.
