We currently operate in the metro New York area (including NYC five boroughs, Hudson Valley and Long Island), Albany, New Jersey, Connecticut, Minnesota, Delaware, California (Greater Los Angeles, San Francisco, and San Diego), and the Virginia/Maryland/DC area.

We specialize in initial evaluations and ongoing services in home, community, and clinic settings. Achieve Beyond emphasizes collaboration and high-quality services with strong ethical standards.

Now Hiring:
Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Nassau and Suffolk County

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to create meaningful goals and treatment plans
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Create functional, specific, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists, incorporating behavioral skills training and specific performance feedback while ensuring clinical integrity of the programs
• Clinically review session notes for assigned behavior therapists
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers are active participants in therapy through specific goals, training, and communication
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize data and progress for each client supervised
• Maintain regular communication with parents, behavioral therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and state & federal regulations)
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and lead to independence and happiness across services, programs, and staff
• Conduct behavior therapist training and ongoing workshops for providers and parents; create behavior analytic content for social media

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology
• BCBA and LBA required
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision
• Self-motivated, team player, patient, and professional
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Available afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, or use of public transportation
• Ability to climb and descend stairs
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods

Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
