Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician for a full-time on-site role at our Commack, NY location. The Pharmacy Technician will play an integral role in processing and preparing prescription medications, maintaining inventory control, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include collaborating with pharmacists to ensure accurate medication dispensing, managing inventory and restocking supplies, and directly assisting patients to address their concerns and needs.

• Knowledge and experience in Prescription processing and working with Pharmacy systems
• Proficiency in Pharmacy Technician tasks and compliance with industry standards
• Experience with Inventory Control, including stocking and managing pharmaceutical supplies
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with patients and providers
• Attentiveness to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Active Pharmacy Technician License (or certification, depending on state requirements)
• Familiarity with technology-driven processes and pharmacy software is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification is a plus
