- Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy with purchase orders and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage expense reports and assist with credit card reconciliations.
- Record customer payments and support collections efforts.
- Assist with audits and year-end reporting, including 1099 preparation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
