Base pay range$47,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr

Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to support key accounting and bookkeeping functions. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain hands‑on experience in accounting and finance. This role offers a supportive environment to grow professionally, learn from real‑world experience, and build a solid foundation in the field. Detailed training will be provided.
Responsibilities- Prepare and post entries for monthly bills
- Review expense reports for accuracy and attain approval for payment
- Reconcile bank statements monthly
- Generate reports, sort data, and create pivot tables in Excel
- Organize and audit data prior to issuing reimbursement bills
- Perform other bookkeeping/accounting duties as projects arise
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, precision, and adaptability
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication and basic math skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software/tools is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
