Qualifications & Responsibilities- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous long‑term care experience preferred but not required
- Must be energetic, creative, empathetic, and a team player
- Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed
- Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed
- Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars
- Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility
- Computer knowledge
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator
- Schedule:
2nd shift - Daily Pay Option
- Health, dental, vision and PTO for full‑time employees
