We are a fast‑paced, upbeat chiropractic and progressive rehab clinic helping patients get back to doing what they love through chiropractic care, progressive rehab (physical therapy), and other wellness services.

Who You Are

Gift for meeting new people and getting them to like you, with a focus on getting tasks done and following through. Quick to smile with contagious enthusiasm, pursuing professional relationships with clients, and conscientious about doing things right.

What You Will Do
  • Greet and help patients check in
  • Make product and supplement recommendations based on the doctor’s treatment plan
  • Scan incoming insurance EOBs
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, creative content, community outreach
  • Generate weekly patient reports
  • Verify patient benefits and insurances
  • Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
  • Help keep the clinic clean and clutter‑free
  • Manage patient flow between Doctor, Rehab, and Front Desk for an efficient experience
  • Maintain patient accounts by recording and updating personal and financial information
  • Collect patient charges, control credit extended to patients, and process third‑party claims
  • Maintain business office inventory
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
What You Need
  • Two‑year degree or higher preferred but not required
  • Prior customer service experience demonstrated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
Hours & Compensation

Monday 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.;
Tuesday 9:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.;
Wednesday 1:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.;
Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.;
Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour, with monthly bonuses and benefits.
