, powered by Clean Harbors, in Roxana, IL is looking for an LDAR Compliance Technician to join their safety-conscious team at a customer site. The LDAR Compliance Technician is responsible for supporting a customer's regulatory inspection processes. Lead a team of paraprofessionals in the successful execution of regulatory assessments and audits. Assist in ensuring site operational continuity. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that Health & Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies always, & processes & acting in a safe manner
- Assist InSite customer develop, implement and manage compliance audit program
- Execute internal assessments of the compliance specialist to confirm that inspection procedures are accurately completed.
- Analyze compliance inspection results to find trends and make recommendations to customer to drive continuous improvements.
- Interact with client and regulatory agencies to communicate Clean Harbors InSite Services onsite procedures;
Provide site knowledge and understanding during regulatory audits. - Prepare and maintain client's compliance documentation in preparation for county or state inspections.
- Perform other duties & tasks assigned from time to time by management & will be required by the needs of the HPC Industrial business.
- 5+ Years of Leak Detection and Repair experience
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Windows based applications.
- Technical/manufacturing process knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- TWIC
- Confined space entry & 40 Hour OSHA Training
- Knowledge of RCRA requirements/regulations (preferred).
- Strong mechanical ability.
