Warehouse​/Distribution Operator

Indianapolis, IN (46168)

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM
Duration: 1/26/2026 - 1/29/2027
Pay Rate: $28.95/hr.

Responsibilities:

Support daily warehouse and distribution operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving

Receive and put away raw materials and finished products

Unload inbound trucks and verify quantities against documentation

Enter receipts and transactions accurately into a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Pick and pack customer orders using computerized warehouse systems

Perform inventory counts, cycle counting, and material tracking

Process materials for destruction as required

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas on a daily basis

Follow all applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, DEA)

Maintain punctuality and availability for all scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Experience with order processing, shipping, and receiving

Familiarity with WMS systems and RF scanning

Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and use of PPE

Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual material handling throughout the shift

Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a structured and regulated work environment
