DSV - - Responsibilities:
Promote positive relationships by ensuring excellent, timely, and proactive customer service and monitoring service quality;
Receive, review, and process high-volume and/or complex import/export transactions (booking, billing, classifications, data processing, and releases);
Check shipments in the warehouse and ensure shipping documents match shipments; process bills of lading with clear instructions to the team;
Create quotations for shipments, including estimating prices, selecting transportation companies, and setting profit margins;
Adhere to domestic and international shipping regulations and communicate changes to clients, co-workers, and third parties
