Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.).
Roles & Responsibilities- Self-starter with leadership and problem-solving skills
- Perform routine and predictive maintenance
- Perform general cleaning and maintain a clean work area
- Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, electrical & mechanical issues and then repair
- Comfortable communicating complex issues with superiors, co-workers and customers in a professional manner
- Proven ability to work safely in industrial environments
- Familiar with and utilize proper Lock Out/ Tag Out safety procedures
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and repairs on all floor equipment, scrubbers, chariot vacuums, extractors, etc.
- Respond positively to requests in a timely manner
- Ability to use hand and power tools, use of scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding. Soldering and welding a plus
- Maintain maintenance logs and schedules
Maintenance Technician
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job safely.
- Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and/or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
- Two years electrical experience minimum.
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
- Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and/or certifications.
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
- Forklift and electric pallet jack certification may be required.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Compensation And ShiftMonday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
