C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and promote products; deliver exceptional customer service.;
Monitor fulfillment systems, pick merchandise orders, pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.;
Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in; maintain stock area; process orders, deliveries, and returns on the register.;
Replenish store inventory with Merchandise Associates/Assistants and participate in annual inventory.;
Meet performance standards including shrink and safety initiatives, Omnichannel, customer service, productivity, and attendance.
