What You'll Do
- Influential Communication:
Lead cross‑functional discussions and present to diverse audiences, including e‑commerce, technology, and operations teams. Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing timely, data‑driven feedback on digital and physical asset protection. - Data and Digital Literacy:
Leverage e‑commerce analytics and digital tools to identify security risks, analyze loss trends, and develop dashboards that monitor online and offline asset protection metrics. - Operational Excellence:
Assess and optimize asset protection processes tailored to e‑commerce fulfillment, including last‑mile delivery, returns, and omnichannel operations. Document and implement regulatory requirements and SOPs specific to digital commerce. - Employee Health and Safety:
Coordinate with emergency responders and enforce OSHA standards in high‑volume e‑commerce environments. Design and train teams on emergency protocols for both physical and digital threats. - Risk Management:
Evaluate and enhance risk assessment models for e‑commerce, including fraud prevention, cyber threats, and supply‑chain vulnerabilities. Establish benchmarks and cross‑functional processes to mitigate risks unique to online retail. - Asset Protection Security:
Implement advanced security measures for e‑commerce operations, oversee access control for digital and physical assets, and investigate incidents such as internal theft, cyber breaches, and fraud. - Process Improvement:
Streamline workflows for e‑commerce fulfillment, develop innovative controls for digital and physical asset protection, and coach teams to adopt best practices in a fast‑paced online retail environment.
- Deep knowledge of asset protection, safety, and security in e‑commerce and omnichannel retail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across digital and physical teams.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, e‑commerce analytics, and digital tools.
- Proven operational excellence in managing e‑commerce and fulfillment processes.
- Strategic business acumen to develop and execute asset protection plans for online retail.
- Experience in employee health and safety, risk management, and process improvement in e‑commerce settings.
- Ability to deliver effective training and partner with stakeholders in digital and physical environments.

The annual salary range for this position is $ - $. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location and stock.
