In this role, you'll partner with senior leadership to oversee daily operations, ensure team accountability, and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and guest experience.

The position focuses on two key areas: driving efficient restaurant operations and coaching team members to reach their full potential. As a leader, you'll set the tone through your actions-modeling excellence, developing others, and fostering a positive, people-centered environment.

Manager:

* Leverages Development Manual to develop others

Anticipates:
Restaurant Problems

* Anticipates and solves capacity problems, i.e., throughput, staffing, etc.

* Anticipates communication breakdowns

* Anticipates cash flow and management issues

Allocates:
Resources

* Allocates and delegates daily tasks

* Allocates weekly personnel resources and staff

* Allocates daily personnel resources

Manager:
Key Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to succeed in an extremely fast-paced environment

* Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members

* Strong commitment to superior customer service

* Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues

* Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility

* Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant assistant manager and/or restaurant manager is required
