Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient management of inventory, distribution, and logistics functions. • Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to promote a high-performing team.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 to monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate logistics with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize distribution channels and reduce lead times.
• Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and inventory accuracy.
• Manage materials handling equipment operations including forklifts, ensuring safe practices for heavy lifting and mechanical tasks.
• Conduct regular inventory audits, control stock levels, and resolve discrepancies using inventory management techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to OSHA standards and promote a safety-first culture within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with shipping & receiving teams to streamline operations and improve turnaround times.
• Support e-commerce fulfillment processes by maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring timely dispatches.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, logistics, and materials handling procedures.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse equipment safety protocols.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems such as AS400 or equivalent platforms.
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control practices.
• Ability to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations pertaining to workplace safety in warehousing environments.
• Experience working within e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL providers is highly desirable.
