Hypertec is seeking an Account Manager to join our operations and customer success team in Plainfield, IN

What You’ll Be Contributing Client & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts;
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships;
  • Understand customer needs, priorities, and business objectives;
  • Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely manner.
Account Growth & Commercial Support
  • Support pricing discussions, quotes, and contract renewals;
  • Drive alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to meet customer requirements;
  • Track account performance, sales activities, and opportunities.
Coordination & Delivery
  • Coordinate closely with the customer and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedules, and changes;
  • Coordinate and execute planning, purchasing control, and material readiness;
  • Ensure production schedules and delivery commitments are met
  • Manage change requests, risks, and customer commitments
  • Ensure accurate documentation, forecasts, and reporting related to assigned account;
  • Provide clear status, forecasts, and proactive issue resolution.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address risks;
  • Resolve issues and elevate when necessary;
  • Contribute to customer retention strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Sets You Apart
  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles, with experience in construction projects a strong asset;
  • Strong planning and purchasing control background
  • Self-starter with strong drive and ownership mindset
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and execution-focused
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
