• Lead and coach multiple agile teams on scrum best practices and SAFe PI Planning
• Own and drive all agile/scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team dynamics
• Actively identify and manage risks and dependencies throughout projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional stakeholders
• Advocate for continuous improvement using metrics and data‑driven insights

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related IT/Technical field
• 5-7 years of experience in Agile software development as a Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, or similar role
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops)
• Experience managing dependencies and risks in large‑scale Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics and their application in team performance improvement

• Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification
• Experience with software development for medical devices or in a regulated field
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and compliance frameworks related to software development
• Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
