Position Overview:

We are looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join us on our journey to make it drastically easier for customers to find, choose, afford, and engage with the services, products, and professionals they need to get and stay healthy!#everyday better

• Verify medication quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses.
• Collaborate with other staff pharmacists to ensure all produced packet and bulk sets undergo a thorough quality assurance check prior to shift end.
• Collaborate with other staff pharmacists to ensure all production related to new business lines undergoes a thorough quality assurance check prior to shift end.
• Complete ancillary housekeeping pharmacy tasks including checking returns, inputting medication rejects, overseeing medication substitutions, and canister approval.
• Answer clinical questions, provide clinical guidance.
• Investigate errors and facilitate proper resolution and reporting.
• Collate and deliver pertinent pharmacy information to distribution team.
• Ensure compliance with all company procedures, Federal/State laws, rules and regulations.
• Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to maintain customer satisfaction.

Wed‑Sat 6.30pm-5am (4 ten‑hour shifts/week)#everyday better

• Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines/procedures.
• Document professional communications/interactions appropriately.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.
• Provide clinical guidance/support.
• Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff.
• Support interdepartmental communication and workflows.

• Each Full‑Time Staff Pharmacist is offered a standard, competitive Compensation & Benefits package:
• Estimated total compensation of $140,000 annually
• Earn up to $157,000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable)

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy License in state of employment (additional licenses may be required)
• Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems
• Exemplary interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
