Total Compensation: $37–$46/hour, tiered by experience and competency, plus bi‑weekly bonuses.

• Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions with personal touch.
• Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents.
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate effectively with diverse teams for consistent interventions.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows.

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
• Current licensed Speech Therapist, registered with the Association of Speech‑Language Pathologists & Hearing Audiologists, and licensed in applicable state.

• Orientation:
  Introduction to culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and mission.
• Culture training: learning and growth core value.
• Skill development sessions with tools, software, evidence‑based practices.
• Case reviews: client session overview, discussion, and coaching.
• Team integration: introduction and regular check‑ins with interdisciplinary teams.
• Shadowing & observation of client sessions and SLP mentors.
• Feedback & evaluation: initial supervisor feedback on integration and performance.
• Resource familiarization: access to materials, research, and in‑house tools.
• Center culture: warm welcome to collaborative, mission‑driven team.
• Client interaction: handling caseloads, assessments, family guidance, intervention plans.
