Overview

Compensation & BenefitsTotal Compensation: $37–$46/hour, tiered by experience and competency, plus bi‑weekly bonuses.

- Conduct comprehensive speech therapy assessments.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions with personal touch.
- Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and parents.
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams for consistent interventions.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows.
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Current licensed Speech Therapist, registered with the Association of Speech‑Language Pathologists & Hearing Audiologists, and licensed in applicable state.
- Orientation:
Introduction to culture, values, policies, administrative tasks, and mission. - Culture training: learning and growth core value.
- Skill development sessions with tools, software, evidence‑based practices.
- Case reviews: client session overview, discussion, and coaching.
- Team integration: introduction and regular check‑ins with interdisciplinary teams.
- Shadowing & observation of client sessions and SLP mentors.
- Feedback & evaluation: initial supervisor feedback on integration and performance.
- Resource familiarization: access to materials, research, and in‑house tools.
- Center culture: warm welcome to collaborative, mission‑driven team.
- Client interaction: handling caseloads, assessments, family guidance, intervention plans.
