As an Assisted Living Administrator | Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living community by achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, supervising and developing all employees, ensuring services exceed customer needs and expectations, and overseeing day-to-day activities.
What Will You Do in This Role?You will manage the Assisted Living community to achieve occupancy targets, lead staff development, maintain compliance with regulations, and ensure exceptional resident care.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies
- Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
- Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
- Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
